Well, since Lala has already seen Rene's presence around Arlene, and heard him saying something in his fake Cajun accent, it seems that it will be a manifestation of Rene, or perhaps a manifestation of Rene, but really inhabited by something or someone else? One would think that Lala would be able to see the real thing though...
